Welcome to Meads Cabin. By making a booking with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before finalizing your reservation.
All online bookings are processed securely via the InnStyle booking system. Your reservation is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation email and the booking system has successfully verified your payment details. You must be at least 18 years of age to book this accommodation.
Check-in time is from 3:00 PM onwards. Check-out time is by 11:00 AM. Prompt check-out is required to allow us to prepare the cabin for incoming guests. Instructions for access and keys will be sent to you prior to your arrival.
Cancellations must be made in writing via email. Refund eligibility depends on how much notice is given prior to your scheduled arrival. We highly recommend taking out travel insurance to cover any unexpected cancellations.
Meads Cabin is located on a working farm. Guests are requested to respect the quiet countryside setting, local wildlife, and farm machinery. Firewood is provided for the wood burner and hot tub. Please follow the safety guidelines provided inside the cabin for operating the log-burner and wood-fired hot tub.

The owners of Meads Cabin accept no liability for any loss, damage, or injury sustained by guests, or for any damage to guest vehicles or personal property during their stay, except where such loss arises from our negligence.
